Overview

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, how Helix ("we", "us") handles the matter below for visitors to this marketing site and for customers of the Helix product.

This site itself has no login, no checkout and no tracking beyond what is strictly needed to serve the page. Product terms are agreed separately in your order form.

Data we collect

Marketing site: no account data. Server logs keep IP address and request metadata for a short retention window to keep the service secure and available.

Product: the contact details and proposal content your organisation chooses to store, plus the account records needed to sign in and set permissions.

Why we process it

To provide and secure the service, to support you when you ask, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and (only with a separate opt-in) to send product updates.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion, or a machine-readable export. For product data your organisation is the controller and we act on its instructions.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of EU-based infrastructure and email providers. A current list is available on request and forms part of the Data Processing Agreement.
