Overview

This Data Processing Agreement explains, in plain terms, how Helix ("we", "us") handles the matter below for visitors to this marketing site and for customers of the Helix product.

This site itself has no login, no checkout and no tracking beyond what is strictly needed to serve the page. Product terms are agreed separately in your order form.

Scope

This DPA is incorporated into the order form. It governs Helix’s processing of personal data on your organisation’s documented instructions.

Our commitments

Process only on your instructions; keep staff under confidentiality; apply the security measures in the Security page; assist with data-subject requests and breach notification.

Sub-processors

You authorise the sub-processors on our current list. We give notice before adding a new one, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

Return and deletion

On termination we return or delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
